Traumahelikopter inzet bij onwelwording fietsster

's-Gravenzande 17.01.2014 - De ambulancedienst en de traumahelikopter werden vrijdagochtend even na 7 uur opgeroepen voor een ongeluk bij de Heenweg.

Daar werd een oude dame op de Naaldwijkseweg bij de kruising met de Heenweg onwel tijdens het fietsen. Hierdoor kwam zij in botsing met een andere fietser.

Omstanders ontfermden zich over de vrouw die op de wervelplank in de ambulance weg gelegd. Daar voegde zich later nog de trauma-arts bij.

De politie zette het fietspad af en een rijbaan richting de Heenweg was versperd. Het overige verkeer op de Naaldwijkseweg ondervond geen hinder van het ongeval. De traumahelikopter stond aan de Poelkade geparkeerd.
